INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOMINATIONS
To assist the Coordinating Council
Board of Directors in selecting the outstanding award recipients, your
nomination should be specific, not general in nature.
Nominations should be supported by how, when, where, what, why, how long,
number of hours, and should describe the people who benefited from the service.
Conclusions such as 'She/He is
conscientious and dependable', 'very active' and 'volunteers a lot' are too
general. Provide specific details
to support nominations rather than generalities.
